Sarah Garza

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, passion, and personal journey to every client I serve. I hold certifications in personal training and nutrition, and I’m a licensed massage therapist with a background rooted in physical therapy. My own athletic background includes years of competitive soccer, and after facing a few injuries that required surgical repair, I developed a deep appreciation for the recovery process—which ultimately led me to fall in love with personal training.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from those focused on weight loss and physique transformation to seniors needing balance and functional training. My mission is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves—stronger, healthier, and confident in their own skin.

Outside of work, I recently got remarried and am now blessed with a blended family that includes my son, my daughter, and a new stepson. I love lifting weights, hiking, kayaking, playing soccer—really anything that keeps me active and outdoors. My family and my lifestyle inspire me daily to live with purpose, lead by example, and help others do the same. Whether you’re recovering, rebuilding, or reaching for new goals, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way.
