With more that 15 years of culinary experience throughout Texas—including the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, and San Antonio. Executive Chef Ian brings creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional hospitality to Comanche Trace.
Chef Ian has served as an Executive Chef for the past 8 years, most recently as Executive Chef at the high-volume RA Sushi Bar Restaurant in Downtown Austin. His diverse culinary background has shaped a style that blends classic techniques with fresh, approachable flavors designed to create memorable dining experiences.
Drawn to the Texas Hill Country by the opportunity to be closer to family and enjoy the beauty of the Guadalupe River, Chef Ian is excited to call Comanche Trace home. He looks forward to creating innovative seasonal menus, celebrating member favorites, and building lasting relationships through great food and genuine hospitality
