Most recently leading the culinary team at Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club in San Antonio, he’s known for his passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences that blend innovation with member favorites. Chef Roman is already collaborating with our Food & Beverage Team to design exciting new menus and events that reflect the tastes and traditions of our community.
