Juan Roman, Executive Chef

With over 15 years in the private club industry and eight years as an Executive Chef, Chef Juan Roman brings a wealth of experience and creativity to Comanche Trace. Most recently leading the culinary team at Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club in San Antonio, he’s known for his passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences that blend innovation with member favorites. Chef Roman is already collaborating with our Food & Beverage Team to design exciting new menus and events that reflect the tastes and traditions of our community. In the kitchen, he values teamwork and open communication, inspiring his staff to share ideas and continually elevate the dining experience.
